Around 40% of all food created each year currently goes to waste. For every tonne of wheat and barley grain that Australia grows a similar tonnage of straw is grown but underutilised. Around 45 million tonnes of brewers spent grain is produced each year globally. These are the kind of massive global system inefficiencies that our integrated biorefinery solutions can solve.
